Rosé and the Beast is a pet-nat in pastel pink coloured dress, the perfect outfit of a peasant princess who's ready to take you by the hand to a forest full of wild strawberries, raspberries and aromatic herbs. Simplicity, conviviality, territoriality and a certain taste for challenges are the ingredients that make this sparkling cuvée of Barbera and Croatina with a minimum addition of white grapes, a wine that can be appreciated also for its character and structure.
