Meinklang's Abend Edition 2 is a red wine with very exclusive traits. It is a cuvee of Sankt Laurent and Blaufränkisch, the grapes are fermented with whole bunches for 45 days, the wine is then aged for 9 months in egg-shaped cement tanks. The aromatic spectrum is quite dark: mature cherries, brown spices, liquorice, and a cassis-peppery note, while in the mouth it shows a good density and deep tannic grip.
