Bianchetto is the aromatic version of the Coste white, where Procanico and Malvasia are mixed with Moscato. A bomb of freshness and fragrance. Two weeks of maceration, 8 months in vats and direct in the bottle, easy. The Magnum size helps not to feel too sad for seeing the bottle finished after 20 minutes!
