In Italian, Digrigno means to show one's teeth in order to threaten. And indeed, Digrigno is a threat to those who believe that Piedmont is just Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera. Prepare your eyes for the soft colour and your teeth for its strong tannins. This is a rare but big grape from Piedmont, in fact the most beloved one by Papa Francesco. One of Armonia Lab's first collaborations, the grapes come from Cascina Gasparda, 5 days of maceration with 10% whole grapes, then 10 months in barrels. 1000 bottles produced.
