On the 6^th of September, we have the great pleasure to taste with Karl Schnabel from Ermihof in Gleinstätten, Steiermark.

Karl and Eva are with no doubt amongst the greatest pioneers for natural wine in Austria. They practice biodynamic agriculture for decades and avoid the use of sulfur and any other product since 2007. Also, they are amongst the few in Styria producing some exceptional red wines, incredibly suited to the microclimate and the schist soil of the Sausal mountain range, where their steep vineyards lie.

Come as always between 5 and 8 PM, same procedure as every week.
