The grapes come from a vineyard of more than 30 years of age called Ried Gritschen, located on the northern hills of Vienna, near Stammersdorf. After the grapes have been softly pressed, the must is left for two weeks in contact with skins, whereas fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Almost one year sur-lie and bottled pure.
