Durella is the rediscovered autochthonous variety of Monti Lessini, a hilly production area between Verona and Vicenza. It is a white berried grape, which is particularly at ease in the volcanic soils of west Veneto, as the mineral properties of the soil contribute to enrich their natural acidity, developing a sapid freshness and a structure, which make this variety suitable for the production of sparkling wines. Tenuta l'Armonia's Bolla is the perfect example: a Metodo Classico with a very subtle oxidation note, creamy, mineral, complex, fresh and persistent. To drink fresh but NOT chilled!
