Ufo Rosé is Tenuta l'Armonia's ironic response to the official launch of Prosecco Rosè. Obtained from a blend of 85% Glera, the variety of the original Prosecco, and 15% Pinot Noir the one on which the new commercial gimmick is based, moving between the serious and the facetious, it mixes white and red grapes, past, present and future of the most sold Italian wine in the world. Made exclusively from estate-grown grapes, the Glera grapes go through a brief maceration in amphora, while the Pinot Noir is pressed directly using only the free-run must. As bold as it sounds.
