The Valley of Mezzane is considered one of the most fertile territory in the province of Verona and therefore always dedicated to agricolture. And here is where two local grapes, Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave, are grown on soil full of marine calcareous rocks, harvested and assembled in an elegant cuvee, bottled under the name Monticelli Bianco. The grapes are carefully selected and brought to a level of ripeness that allows a longer skin contact. A straightforward interpretation of the terroir will flow into the glass, once the wine is served: a great balance between the luscious generosity of the round and fruity Garganega and the fresh floral side of the more minimalistic Trebbiano di Soave.
