Fiano is an excellent attempt by the apulian winery L'Archetipo to propose monovarietals bottles from autochtonous varieties. This white wine is in fact produced unically from Fiano Minutolo grapes, and despite the partial homonymy, has no genetic similarities with the worldwide famous white variety from Campania. In the glass, it exudes very elegant aromas of exotic fruit with light herbaceous hints, which on the palate translate into a harmonious sip with refreshing acidity and medium structure.
