Vermentino is now the Tuscan white wine that has won everyone over. Antonio's Vermentino comes from several vineyards, all fermentations undergo three days of maceration on the skins and then proceed in white in steel or cement.
The wine is always bottled quite young to preserve its citrus and yellow fruit notes. It is a smooth, rounded wine with no harsh edges, suitable for pairing with many dishes to be enjoyed in summer.
