Weinbau Sackl is one of the few natural wine producers in the Vienna region. Pink is for Power is a rosé made from Zweigelt grapes, grown in the hills of the 21st district of the Austrian capital. A brief period of aging in wood rounds out the acidity and highlights the fruit, bringing out notes of strawberry yogurt, citrus, and crisp red berries. Bottled without added sulfur, it reveals a slight funky character, balanced by bright acidity. Perfect for a sunny afternoon, served chilled and enjoyed on its own, it also pairs wonderfully with fresh vegetables and creamy dips.
