There is a Gemischter Satz, a field blend composed by 5 varieties of healthy and highly selected grapes. A teamwork inside and outside the field, which leads to the creation of an authentic and charming wine with simple traits without too many enological frills. The wine rests for a few months in used barrels and is bottled without filtering or additives.
