Definitely Today manages to transform an underrated minor grape into a great everyday wine. Indeed, Welschriesling has been living for years in the shadow of the more famous and celebrated Rhine Riesling, although it is not related to the latter. DT is a wine that everyone can agree on with its delicate floral aromas, its freshness, its approachable mouthfeel and its subtle but dynamic structure.
