Fiurin is a classic Cortese that quickly flips its best cards: neat floral scents with some fruity interval supported by mineral fragrances. The same aromas peak out on the palate, giving depth to an already pleasant freshness. The body is light and snappy, and completes the picture of an extremely pleasing and carefree white wine.
