Montonico is an ancient and rare grape, grown in the centre-south of Italy, of which very few plantings survived nowadays. 2022 is the first year that Lammidia makes this wine, and they decided to use a couple of weeks carbonic maceration on this grapes. MoonTonic shows fine tannins, a gentle yellow fruit character and dry flower aromas like chamomile. Loyal to Lammidia's style, fresh acid and long minerality on the finish, and of course no added sulfur and plenty of fun!
