"Spolu" is a word in Slovak languange that means "together". By joining their forces and ideas together, Nadja and Andrej have realized their dream of owning their own winery, so they named one of their beloved wines with this word. In addition, this fresh rosé is a special cuvée: Blaufränkisch, Müller-Thurgau, Grüner Veltliner and Welschriesling - red and white grapes spontaneously fermented together. After a 14-day maceration period, the colorful mix was finally put into acacia and oak barrels for a whole year, where it could find its inner balance in peace.
