Another Vinifero´s colab. The last grapes harvested of the 2024 season: a golden-hued Grüner Veltliner from Bisamberg, fermented and aged in a 200-liter amphora. The grapes were layered, partly as whole clusters and partly crushed but not destemmed.
Layered, like a cake, or “torta” in Italian.
Fermented in the amphora until the end of December, pressed, and aged in a demijohn until the end of summer, when it was bottled without any additions. 120 bottles produced.
