Second year of Arlequin from Francesco, who produces this wine from grapes purchased by wine growers that share his same philosophy of viticulture. Mainly Grenache Blanc with some Vermentino, the grapes are macerated for 3 days with the presence of some stems to freshen and lend more structure to the wine. After pressing, fermentation finishes in stainless steel, where the wine ages for 10 months before bottling. Citrus and stone fruit fill your glass, with a herbal dimension too and juicy acidity.
