Millocchio Bianco is the result of many different fermentations from different old vineyards that are a combination of different grape varieties. So the final blend is a very diverse crowd with a Procanico base. All fermentations take place in contact with the skins, with times varying depending on the grapes. At the beginning of winter, the wine is placed in used tonneaux and remains there for about 18 months, undergoing frequent bâtonnage. It is then aged for six months in the bottle before being released for sale. 2600 bottles.
