Supertuscans were born in this part of Tuscany, and so twenty years ago Mattia and his father Daniele also turned to the two Bordeaux varieties to see what the result could be from a natural vinification without added sulphites. 
Beautiful result, a deep wine that recalls the warmth of this land through vines that come from distant and cooler lands.
