Roccolina is a wine that combines several fermentations from several plots lasting a couple of days on the skins. That´s the result of the harvest from the youngest vineyards.
Its fresh, vegetal notes make it very drinkable and a classic light orange wine.
Aged only in steel for about a year, it is highly drinkable, sulphite-free, with 2.500 bottles produced this year.
