Not a rosé, not completely a red wine. That's Bridscape, an experimental wine obtained through a shorter skin maceration time, that Christian Tschida likes to call „pink maceration“. Also from an organoleptic point of view, Birdscape lies between red and rosé: a fruity aroma spectrum that runs between raspberries, pomegranate and sour cherries, completed by a slight vegetal note. The sip guarantees sapidity and minerality, adding complexity and elegance to this surprising wine.
