It all starts in nature. In the vineyard. Here the individual vines are deeply rooted and grow in the rhythm of nature. Helping them out a little bit is done as gently as possible with focus on organic management, gentle pruning, plant-based teas, greening and with undisturbed growth in the summer. All from the same hand. The vineyards are located at the foot of the Ödenburg Mountains, in the Oberpullendorf Basin, and are part of the Mittelburgenland wine region. Brown earth with fine and coarse sediment and loam form the basis for the vines and they enjoy plenty of sunshine and sufficient rainfall throughout the year. Grapes - organically farmed and harvested by hand. Time - sometimes longer, sometimes shorter on the mash, in barrel or in bottle. Pure - no additives, yeasts, sugar or other aids. Simply reflect the region and nature.
