With a wealth of experience in the “hottest” cellars of Gols and Umgebung, Mike Muff has been making his own wine for over 10 years now. With a coherent project grounded in organic and biodynamic farming, he owns a total of 0.6ha on Leithaberg and Gols, from which he makes a varied range of truly artisan wine. Recent years have seen the introduction of some amphoras in the cellar, as well as soil work performed by horse, as a proof for his passion and commitment. Beyond grapes and outside Burgenland, he also makes some beautiful sparkling cider from bio-apples sourced at the feet of the Rax, in Lower Austria. Pleased to have you, Mike! Cheers!
