Grüner Veltliner is Markus' specialty, and his wines age like few others. Hintaus is a special bottling from the 2016 vintage. The grapes were directly pressed, fermented in stainless steel, and aged on the lees for 6 years. A warmer vintage, it results in a fuller body, with mature aromas of quince and a beautiful development towards honey and dry lemon. Best enjoyed at 12°C, it pairs wonderfully with creamy sauces
