This vibrant Rosé is crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, carefully grown in the sun-drenched vineyards surrounding Neckenmarkt in Mittelburgenland. Pressed as whole bunches, the wine benefits from naturally clear juice, which imparts a beautiful freshness and remarkable structure. It is gently matured for 9 months in used casks, allowing it to develop complexity while retaining its vibrant character. Bottled unfiltered and with minimal sulfur, this wine showcases its true, unadulterated essence. Best enjoyed chilled at 10°-12°C, it pairs wonderfully with crunchy, fresh vegetables and velvety, creamy dips, making it a perfect choice for light, flavorful dishes.
