The 2019 amphora wines were on the skins in Georgian Qvevris for 4 months (from the beginning of October 2019 to the end of January 2020).
Then the mash was gently pressed by hand with a basket press and the wines were transferred to small used wood for storage or sedimentation for another 3 years. The wines were bottled in December 2023.
Vintage 2019 is only available in a limited edition of about 1200 bottles, which were aged in 3 Qvevris with a capacity of about 350l.
