Lisa and Jakob decided to change their lives and dedicate themselves to the family vineyards. We are in Vienna, on the beautiful and prized Nußdorf hill, where year after year they have transformed their vineyards into gardens where they graze sheep, planted fruit trees and spray only plant and mineral extracts on the plants.
The brave choice of PIWI vines, which are naturally resistant to fungal diseases, is crucial for them.
The wines are improving year after year, and their experience in winemaking grape varieties other than the usual ones is also growing.
