Mit einem starken Fokus auf die autochthonen Rebsorten, die historisch in ihrem Gebiet vorkommen, ist sie eine großartige Winzerin und Interpretin von Trauben wie Grignolino, Ruché und Slarina, neben dem etwas populäreren Barbera: in der Tat ziemlich 'many shades of red'!

On Friday 9. February 2024, we will pour the wines from Nadia Verrua, the Chefin at Cascina Tavjin in the Monferrato region of Piemonte. With a strong focus on the autochthon varieties historically present in her area, she is a great grower and interpreter of grapes such as Grignolino, Ruché and Slarina, alongside the slightly more popular Barbera: quite a few shades of red indeed!
