On the 8^th of November, new winemaker appointment for our autumn program, with Quantum Winery from Weinviertel, Austria.

Meet Florian, the man behind this winery, a first-generation winemaker with no ties to convention, perhaps a blessing in disguise when one decides to start making natural wines. From the very start, his wines have been crafted from organic or biodynamic grapes, spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, and unsulfured—true zero-zero wines, meaning nothing added, nothing removed.

Quantum’s wines are fresh and playful, offering good amount of funk for seasoned natural wine drinkers, and a light-hearted introduction for the less experienced ones.
Join us to taste these fun wines from Maissau and discover Florian’s unique interpretations of Gemischter Satz, Roter Veltliner, and Blaufränkisch.

Come as always between 5 and 8 PM, same procedure as every week.
