The Fabbrica Bianco´s recipe is not secret and has been approved by thousands of wine drinkers in the last two decades: 1/3 Trebbiano, 1/3 Malvasia and 1/3 Vermentino, harvested together and macerated on the skins for three days.
Then pressed, half of the must ferments in used tonneaux and half in steel.
After a year, the wine is blended and bottled.
It seems easy, but in reality, to make it this good, you also need the unique magic touch of chef Mr. Beppe Ferrua.
