Piriwe is a winery located in Traiskirchen, in the heart of the Thermenregion, south of Vienna. Nulla is their annual cuvée, primarily composed of Neuburger and Zirfandler, along with small amounts of other white varieties from their own vineyards. Various winemaking techniques create a lightly orange-hued style, with herbal tannins, ripe exotic fruit flavors, and a yeasty finish. A culinary wine best served at around 12°C, paired with a mild curry.
