As well as for the Weiss, Succus Blau is a blend of three different harvests (2019, 2020, 2021) of Blaufränkisch and Merlot coming from three small vineyard plots. Maceration changes every year, but it never exceeds 12 days before pressing. WInemaking is also very diverse, with some wine ageing in stainless steel, some in oak and a small part in amphora. A deep red with moderate alcohol, but great depth of flavours. Expect a dark fruit profile, with earthy notes and polished tannin: a pretty serious Succus.
