A luscious Chardonnay, unfiltered and sur lie, that is able to carry all the most charming features of this variety: tropical hints of ripe pineapple and banana, followed by honey, nuts and buttery nuances. Zwara thinks of Burgundy and dreams of California, but is very tied to its generous land that also allows it to show off a noble wax note. A wine with soft and sinuous traits that cradles and warms up like a quilt, without being flat or cloying, thanks to the mineral and slightly spicy contribution that underpins the palate.
