"Spolu" is a word in Slovak languange that means "together". By joining their forces and ideas together, Nadja and Andrej have realized their dream of owning their own winery, so they named one of their beloved wines with this word.
Semi-carbonic (50% of Blaufränkisch) fermentation in direct presse juice of Riesling and destemmed Grüner Veltliner and Blaufränkisch. The wine fermented in 500 to 750 liter vats for two weeks and went through malolactic fermentation.
After pressing, the wine aged in neutral oak barrels on fine lees for 12 months and has been bottled in October 2024.
