For those who are not accustomed to certain interpretations of Pinot Gris, Villa Job's Piantagrane can be a real troublemaker. A few days of maceration on the skins gives the wine its amber colour and reveals all the hidden potential of this variety: an intense bouquet that winds its way through apricot, ripe citrus, notes of aromatic herbs, hints of sweet spices, floral nuances and light touches of honey and nutty.
