A Rosé made of Zweigelt grapes, grown in the hills of the 21st district of Vienna. A brief aging in wood rounds off the acidity and emphasizes the fruity notes both on the nose and in the mouth, where clear hints of strawberry yoghurt, red berries and light hints of balsamic herbs emerge. Excellent freshness and inviting mouthfeel, a rosé not only suitable for carefree summer days, but a wine in all respects with an intriguing character and a surprising gastronomic versatility.
