100% Sumoll, the most expressive variety we rescued from old vines. Sumoll was very popular in the past, then almost disappeared in Catalonia over the last 50 years. Sumoll is firm and juicy, perfectly reflecting the characteristics of the clay and limestone soil, with its abundance of stones, winding and saline Mediterranean climate, and lack of rain. With good acidity and medium tannins, SM is a forever young red wine, low in alcohol and with a beautiful fresh cherry color. Short maceration, fermentation and aging in 500lt chestnut wood barrels, long waiting in bottle also of 12 months.
