Mas Gomá is a family winery with a long tradition in the Catalonian Penedès region. In addition to traditional method sparkling wines, Tiet Jan is a light orange wine made from Xarello, an indigenous grape variety that imparts freshness and a mineral note to the wines of Penedès. With subtle aromas of green tea, a hint of pineapple, and gentle tannins, this wine pairs beautifully with spring dishes like peas and asparagus. Made without the addition of sulfur, it is best enjoyed chilled at 10°C.
