Grape varieties: Tocai Friulano
Alcohol: 13,0%
Region: Pozzuolo del Friuli, Friuli-Venezia-Giulia
Winemaker: Alessandro und Lavinia Job
Made from Friulano grapes, one of Friuli's most representative white grape varieties, it undergoes a 2-day maceration on the skins in cement vats, and ages for 9 months in barrels. Alessandro and Lavinia Job opted for "Untitled", not giving a name to a wine that they consider an artwork per se. The nose releases rich and complex aromas of ripe fruits, floral notes and owns an innate minerality, while presenting a soft and slightly tannic sip, with good balance and gustatory persistence. Perfect to drink now, it will reach the top after 2-3 years of cellaring.
