Bianco comes from vineyards 500 metres above Vinci.
The base is Trebbiano Toscano biotype Procanico from mass selections, then Vermentino and Ansonica. The grapes are harvested together and macerated in amphorae for about six months. Pressing takes place in spring and the wine continues to age in amphorae until the end of summer.
Earthy and spicy, it is a white wine with great ageing potential.
