Drago Bianco represents the sublimation of the concept of autochthonous: it takes its name from the locality in which the vineyard is located, it is produced from the local Garganega grape, the liquid gold of the western Veneto, and is aged in red Veronese marble tanks, another local excellence. After a soft pressing, the skins are left to macerate in the must for a few hours, and the resulting wine is left in contact with the fine lees for nine months. A bright golden yellow color stands out in the glass, very inviting. The nose is a floral symphony that turns to ripe apple, peach and melon. The finesse and elegance are confirmed on the palate, where the acidity recalls the sip and the minerality prolongs it.
