Pecorino is a native variety typical of the Adriatic coast of Italy, especially found in Marche and Abruzzo. Lammidia's take on it comes with the Frekt, where a short maceration of whole bunches helps to extract some more substance to a very vertical wine. Acidity holds the wine very precise, combined with aromatics such as lime, jasmine florality and more citrus skin. An electric wine that will keep you wanting more of it.
