Weinhof Haider is located in the flat lands on the eastern side of Lake Neusiedl, on the fertile soils of the Seewinkel region. For many years, they have worked according to biodynamic principles. Jung&Sexy is their Methode Ancestrale, primarily made from Roesler grapes. It is bottled during the first fermentation and not disgorged. This red sparkling wine impresses with its intense, juicy aromas, a hint of residual sugar, and high drinkability. Enjoy it well-chilled at 6°C, especially with Asian dishes, as its light sweetness pairs wonderfully with spices and heat.
