Florian produces wine on the granite soils around Maissau in Lower Austria. Naturgemäß is his 'estate wine,' a blend of components from all his individual wines. About 30% of it comes from a Solera tank that has been topped up with fresh wine each year since 2012. Rosé in color, this wine appears fruit-forward at first but reveals numerous nuanced flavors in the background. Enjoy it well chilled at 12°C – it pairs perfectly with smoked fish or even creamy pasta dishes, thanks to its lasting acidity.
