100% Spergola, an indigenous grape variety from the slopes of the Apennines between Modena and Reggio. From what is usually Lambrusco country, we find an exciting and fresh pure white expression with crisp acidity, aromas of citrus peels, and nutty accents. The grapes come from biodynamic farming, and fermentation and aging take place in concrete tanks, allowing the fruit to take center stage. Drink it chilled at around 12°C and enjoy it with fresh salads and crisp vegetables.
