The Truth is a Blaufränkisch grown on the iron-rich soils of Burgenland near Apetlon. Haider gives this variety a joyful and vibrant expression through carbonic maceration, which enhances its cherry aromas and spicy character. No oak barrels are used, allowing the bright fruit, fresh acidity, and absence of sulfur to shine through. This easy-drinking wine is best served chilled at 12°C. It pairs beautifully with tomato-based dishes or simply with a classic red pizza.
