In the province of Pisa, not far from the coast, Gli Archi produces two wines from the vineyards that belong to our Enrico. Otto Prode means eight rows in which Trebbiano, Malvasia and Viognier are planted. The wine shows a ripe stone fruit character with a light aromatic note and a touch of reduction. Give it some air so that it can develop its full density. Drink it chilled at 10°C and pair it with spicy infused dishes, such as wok stir fries with ginger and chilli flavours.
