Millocchio Rosso combines the three main grape varieties of the area in one wine.
The vines have an average age of thirty years, fermentation takes place separately and at the beginning of winter they are blended to rest for at least 12 months in used tonneaux and then in bottles.
No sulphur is added, the wine has great finesse and an ethereal spirit that comes from these lands inhabited by the Etruscans thousands of years ago.
1.200 bottles produced in 2021.
